The mineral water bottling machine is consisted of ringsing-filling-caping all together. It can fill mineral water, pure water and distill water etc. The CGFmineral water filling machine adpots the suspension design. It allows the machine to fill different type of the bottles. It is normally used as mineral water filling machine. However, it can also be used for filling PET bottle with fruit juice and tea at high temperature by simply change tha valve. It can be connected with our others machines to form the mineral water bottling production line.
Applications:
Mineral water bottling machine with 3-in-1 mono-block contains washing, filling and capping with complete automation. It is suitable for filling water, such as mineral water, pure water into polyester bottles and PET bottles. The bottleneck blocking makes the process of changing bottles easily by only adjusting the height of the conveyor chain. The filling process adopts micro-pressure technology, which makes filling process faster and more reliable.
