QGF series Barreled filling production line applies to 3 and 5gallon drink water filling production line. It is integrated washer, filler and sealer in one machine. The production capacity is from 120BPH to 1800BPH.
Automatic washing filling and capping machine units
Automatic washing filling and capping machine units is main equipment for the 5 gallon barreled drinking water filling production line, it is made up of frame, water tank, pipeline, water pump, pneumatic cylinder, transmission and electrical apparatus and so on, it accomplishes washing filling and capping motion, it comes true stabilize washing effect, accurate filling volume and seal cap pressing effect by the way muti-passes washing processes, filling volume and automatic sorting and capping and full computer control.

Filling process
Barrels move 180 degree along with conveying chain wheel and to turnover frame, and then barrels are pushed into filling machine by barrel pushing cylinder and located on conveyor belt and waiting for filling.
Sterilized empty barrels to filling position are located by location cylinder, and then filling valves enter into barrel and open filling pump for filling, filling time set by PLC, it can correct filling time up to optimum condition by muti-function button on panel according to height of liquid level.
Capping process including cap elevating sorter.
After finished filling, the full barrel transports into cap aland position in transiting loading cap by cap loading position, after finish capping, barrel is took out by conveying chain.
Light inspection
DJ light inspection box suppliers light for visual measurement of internal and external barrel and check the miscellany.
Hot shrinking machine
Hot shrinking machine is made up of vapor generator and shrinking cover, vapor generator generates hot steam source, when the barrel loading on plastic sleeve passes through vapor tunnel and check barrel by shrinking machine, electro-magnetic valve release vapor and plastic sleeve shrinks.
