washing part:

This machine is mainly used for continuous washing for empty easy pull can. It can also be used for

 washing tinplate cans of similar size and shape. It is designed as requirement of filled drink in metal can.

 It is used to continuously rinsing three pieces of pop can; automatic model: bottles only need to be put 

at the beginning of the conveyor, they will go with the conveying force of motor; With the magnetic effect, 

bottles are running down- opening to bottom, the continuous water will spread into tin. And then the tins 

will be dripped drying when reverse hanging. The rinsing machine has characteristic on logically design, 

easy operation and higher production. 

filling part:

These series of machines integrate filling and capping into one unit, can be used in production of non-soda 

drink of pure water, fruit juice, fruit wine, and mineral water,coffee.

The most advanced technology from Japan and Germany is in employed in the design. The gravity fixed 

liquid surface filling is fast , the amount of liquid is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are 

avoided.

The magnetic torque is used for screw capping .The power of the screw capping can also be fixed, and 

the caps will not be damaged ,the capping is reliable.

The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. 

The filling and capping willed be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are 

cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.

The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed steplessly. The production

 capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.

capping part:

The seamer is mainly used to seal poptop can of tin plate and aluminium alloy. It has four sealing positions 

with the sealing component. Can revelves and circles around the main spindle when seamer is ealing. 

It has functions of feeding cap when cains ready ,not feeding cap when can is not ready. And it is installed 

with automatic stopping system which acts when a capsule is blocked at the inlet, or can is blocked at the 

outet. Or the cap runs out in the cap holder. So the seamer is the ideal equipment for canned food factories

 and canned drink factories.
