7.The capping part is composed of 6 sets of screw head, capping drive part and sorting part. The plastic bottle of completion of filling is transferred by the bottle-dialing wheel to the capping position. The capping head with the magnetic torque drops to align the bottle head for capping. When the torque force exceeds 7kgf, the capping head automatically slips, thereby protecting the bottle cap from being pulled bad by capping sleeve. Those bottles that have completed capping heads are sent by the bottle-dialing wheel to the conveyor belt for output.
